Wooden Arm Futon Frame - Cherry Brown Finish

Comment: Arrived on time. One of the legs of the wooden frame was severely chipped, but covered with varnish (so it was clearly known to the manufacturer to be defective). One of the bolts was defective as well, didn't have a key hole, and it took a lot of effort to tight it. There was not a single spare bolt or nut provided.
If I needed another futon frame I would stay away from this kind.

Comment: Overall the frame looks great. The wood is very sturdy. But the directions are some what difficult. Other than that the item is great

Comment: Product was received in excellent condition and quickly after order was placed. I would order from them again.

Comment: So far this has been a fantastic frame for such a low price. The wooden arms are sturdy and of good construction, and the finish is clean and smooth. The metal frame is fairly solid, but I have one complaint: the little center legs on either side of the bottom are not enough to support the futon in bed form, i had a guest nearly flip the futon when sitting on the edge of it.

Comment: First, I must say the Customer service is excellent. A part from the frame was broken, when I contacted the company about the part they sent one out fast.
Now, about the product, the frame is put together cheaply. Also the instructions are kind of vague with very little info on parts and part numbers. The cherry arms are very strong. I think if the product came with a sturdier frame that it would complement the cherry arms. I intend to purchase a better frame.
