This review is from: Walker Edison Twin over Futon Bunk Bed (Kitchen) This item is defective, the springs on the bed to sofa mechanism are too small, also the item I received was missing square plastic clips that go over the top bunk mattress support bars. I contacted the distributor Walker Edison and they would not send larger springs for the sofa to bed mechanism, also they refused to send the missing plastic clips and they told me to contact Amazon or just return it, which I did. What a waste of time and work to assemble then disassemble and repack the junk defective bed, I told Walker Edison that I will never buy a junk product from there defunct so called company. 5 of 7 people found the following review helpful: By Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) This review is from: Walker Edison Twin-Over-Futon Bunk Bed, Black (Kitchen) I had purchased a twin over full for my kids but it was too large for the room. The boys though had a larger room so we moved that bed in their room and put this twin over twin in the girls room. It came earlier than expected. My youngest came in and said the bed's on the front porch. SO we moved it in the house and in about 4 and a half hours we'd taken the first apart, assembled the second and reassembled the first in the proper rooms. Fairly easy construction, the plastic pieces which snap in the top rails were a bear, but we used the flat side of a regular screwdriver and they popped right in.
We're all pleased. Great product for those that need it. By Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?) It did take us about 4 hours to put together. It isn't as sturdy as wood, but for the price, its great! |
