Comment: We recently recieved our new futon, and we are VERY pleased with it. It was easy to construct with minimal tools. It is comfortable and durable. When we ordered this item, we were worried about the color, but the matress that we recieved was a natural color, fitting right in to our peaceful decor. Bravo!

Comment: Looks nice. Good price. Would fit in nicely in my apartment. Small problem. No dimensions.
No length, no width, no height. The lack of figures for height and width I can live with, but (at 6' 3) it helps to know how long it is.

Communicating with the seller on the return was difficult; a series of calls and messages and delays in replying to emails. Cost of return to us is about $90 (we're paying for shipping BOTH ways, it's in the fine print).
I doubt we will do business with the seller again.
