This mattress came well packaged with that nice, long-lasting chemical plastic smell (sarcasm, but the smell does go away after a couple of months). It was very comfortable to sleep on and sit on at first, but after just a couple of weeks of use we noticed it sagging in the middle. Flipping it and batting it out didn't really help. It looks nice and is made of good quality material that will last, but as for lasting comfort - look for something else. It's a waste of $250 to purchase this for your next couch or futon bed. We even put a nice mattress pad on top of it when sleeping on it, in order to displace our weight better, but received nothing but sore backs and necks in return. Will be looking for something with more built-in support.
