The color is nice. The faux suede fabric is on the thin side. The mattress is firm... offering a decent night's sleep for guests. The storage compartment is not that deep but adequate. You'll need a strong helped to move the box. More bulky than heavy. If you have to get it up stairs, be aware that the unpacked bed/seat unit hinges... a little difficult to maneuver.

The real problem I have is how the thing goes together.

The side metal straps have to be connected first before putting on the side arms. There are three large hook brackets on the arms that have to hook onto there mates on the end of the couch. The trouble is the thickness of the foam and fabric on the couch makes it nearly impossible to get all three brackets on a given side hooked in all the way and seated to the bottom. (if there is play or shaking then you haven't gotten ALL THREE hooks locked in). There is NO help or suggestions in the instructions. In fact, there were NONE. The best way I...Read more
