Buyers beware. I called the company the next morning to cancel this order and was promised it would NOT be shipped out. A few days later I received the FedEx tracking number via email. I called again and was told again that it will NOT be shipped out. I was told that the tracking number went out automatically but the paperwork with the cancel order request was on that person's ('Grace') desk. A few days later it arrived anyway. I was promised it was Grace mistake and that I would NOT be billed for it. She promised she would send FedEx to come and pick it up at their expense. I waited a week and nothing happened. I called again and was told she would send me a mailing lable via mail to be able to schedule a pickup with FedEx. I waited another week and still nothing happened. I called again and was told she would email me the FedEx label to schedule that pick up. Today I get my credit card bill and I WAS billed for this. I order the product and when went to put together the screws where not cut right for me to screw in. So I called the seller and informed them of what happened and asked if they could send out a replacement set and they did. It took about two days to get it and when I got it, it was the wrong set!! So I called back and informed them once again and emailed them a copy of the instructions so they would know which model I had. They sent me an email and said the replacement set was on the way should be about two days. Well that two days never came. I called and emailed them to see when it was coming and they never returned my calls or emails. After about an month of waiting and not hearing back from them I called amazon and they refunded my money
