This futon has a soft to medium firmness. It can be used on both bifold and trifold futon frames. The 9" Foam Core Futon is constructed using: 2" of high density foam 8" of thermally bonded polyester 2" of flame resistant cotton batting This gives you 12" of material compressed into a 9" thick premium cotton/polyester 6.5oz casing.

Comment: The mattress was shipped out quickly and without any defects.
When I received a second email stating that another mattress was being shipped and I was being billed for it. I emailed World Futon and he searched for an answer with a lot concern and assured me he will watch for any double billing.
My credit card was never billed for the other mattress and was not shipped to me.
Another company sent a similar email double billing me but they never returned my email.
World Futon customer service was exceptional dealing with this technical error.
