Summary: Inferior Quality Futon Manufacturer from Xcel Enterprises or Ultimate Futons 2008-07-08
Comment: I have paid nearly $1000 for a set of futon and futon frame. The futon was the most expensive kind they make (more expensive that the one shown here) but yet the most inferior in quality and the frame arrived damaged. The futon was not returnable, part of the company policy. The company first lied about sending the shipment via FedEx. In fact, when the shipment arrived through some third rated shipping company, the goods were damaged. The shipment was poorly packaged and the service from Xcel Enterprises or Ultimate Futons was extremely poor. The company manager John Wagner promised to send me a complete part. But when the shipment arrived, it was NOT what was promised and the parts were damaged again with scratches and bumps. We advise consumers NOT to buy from this company.
