The mattress so far is very nice looking comfortable and soft i do like it. As far as the service provided and the way i was treated i give them a rating of 0. The product took longer than what it was expected to ship. once i notice that i contact it the seller cancel the order and they sent me the mattress anyways. I contact it them ask them to take it back and i was put off and ignore for days, they couldn't even send me pre-paid levels on time. in the end i kept the product but i feel very annoyed and disrespected by the whole "buying" process. If you have the patient and time to wait for it then i do recommend you to buy this mattress.
